Sophia Rosing, 22, was taken into custody at a University of Kentucky dorm at 4 a.m. on Sunday on suspicion of public intoxication, assault, and disorderly conduct.

She attempted to strike fellow student Kylah Spring, who was manning the front desk, in a video that was shared online but was only just able to stand.

According to the records of the Fayette County Jail, Sophia was taken into custody as a Jane Doe because she lacked identification and refused to identify herself.

Sophia was present for her arraignment via video link with Rosing Jr. and Algie. Her parents posted the $10,000 bond, and she was released from custody after entering a not-guilty plea to all charges.
