Maggie’s parents, Terry and Kennedy, have chosen to maintain a low profile following the tragic 2021 incident, seeking privacy for healing.

Her sister, Marian, initially followed suit but eventually testified against Alex in his ongoing murder trial.

Marian provided candid testimony, leaving the media, the audience, and the jury with much to consider before the final verdict.

As for Marian’s personal life, she resides in Charleston, South Carolina, with her husband, Barton “Bart” Proctor, who serves as the CEO and Managing Partner of Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, a prominent fire protection services and equipment company.

They appear to enjoy financial stability.

It’s worth noting that their three adult daughters are now married: Marian Elizabeth “Libby” Proctor Miller, Hannah Hubbard Proctor Bennett, and Katherine Kennedy Proctor Ross.
