In 1955, Barbara Walters tied the knot for the first time with businessman Robert Henry Katz. A few months were all that the marriage lasted.

She wed theater entrepreneur and producer Lee Guber in 1963.

Does Barbara Walters have grandchildren?

In 1981, she married Merv Adelson, the CEO of Lorimar television, for the third time. They divorced in 1984, then got back together in 1986. They had a second divorce in 1992.

Whether Barbara had children or not is still unknown. She only had an adopted daughter in 1976, which is all we know.

She was one of the news’s most recognizable faces. Sadly, the legendary journalist passed away on December 30, 2022, after a long life of 93 years. Everything you need to know about her 54-year-old only daughter, Jacqueline, is provided here.

Walters does not have any grandchildren through Jackie because her daughter does not want to have children.

Dena (née Seletsky) and Louis “Lou” Walters, who was Jewish and descended from Russian Empire immigrants, welcomed Barbara into the world in Boston, Massachusetts.
