Anthony first met Jill Nicolini in 2008, and they started dating. However, their romance was very brief, and in 2012, Anthony began seeing Melissa Stetten. Both in his professional life and in his personal connections, Anthony has been a part of several conflicts. He and his then-girlfriend Danielle Brand got into a heated disagreement on December 19, 2015, and it swiftly turned violent. After being detained by Nassau County police for three days, Anthony was freed after accepting a plea deal on charges of strangling.

According to reports, Jennifer had a brief romance with Lobster Girl around 1998. The two, however, ended it for unknown reasons. She is thought to be single at the moment despite the fact that little is known about her personal life.

Anthony used to be a blue-collar worker in New York, fixing structural issues with houses before he became famous. Anthony had enormous hopes of being a radio host despite having dropped out of high school. When Greg Opie Hughes announced an O.J. Simpson song contest, Anthony saw this as a chance to realize his desire of having his voice heard on the radio.

Anthony and his brother Joe worked together to create a song, and to their astonishment, this song was among the top contenders. They were subsequently invited to the concert, and as Gregg was already impressed with the pair’s work, he requested that they continue to produce it. Anthony began writing and producing comedic skits for Opie, and when they discovered they could achieve great things together, they made the decision to launch their own program, which they accomplished in 1995. Opie and Anthony quickly gained popularity, but while being able to conduct one of the most-listened-to shows, they were constantly getting into trouble while broadcasting. Their first program, which debuted in March 1995, was canceled as a result of the joke they played about the Boston mayor being killed in a tragic accident.

Despite their problematic nature, the two were able to receive excellent evaluations and would frequently be given new opportunities. After being signed by WNEW radio station in New York, they grew their show exponentially with every opportunity, and by 2002 they had 17 stations nationwide. By this time, they had added Jim Norton, whose job it was to rein in the duo’s excesses, to their show. However, this was insufficient, and after the two were involved in yet another contentious prank, their show was canceled, and they were banned for a term of two years.

They returned to radio after the two-year break, but this time they were working with satellite radio. Between April 2006 and July 2014, they were able to operate their show without interruption for eight years. However, Cumia ran into difficulties again when he became involved in several racist tweets, which resulted in his termination from the show. He later teamed up with Artie Lange, and the two now have their own show called “The Artie and Anthony Show,” maintaining his desire to work in radio.
